I don't really understand why Vonage picked such an unusual * code for accessing voicemail through the Vonage line. Almost every provider I know of in North America has programmed their switching equipment with *98 as the voicemail access number.
Anyone else out there thinks *123 is "odd-looking" and "odd-sounding"? I would definately like to see more uniformity and consistency in the way the individual providers determine their * codes!
