Hi guys,
I've recently having some problem with my brother MFC 890MC fax machine. After fiddling with some of the machine's setting, I'm now unable to bring the machine to it's original setting any more..
And.... I haven't found a way to return the machine to it's original state (Before). Now this is an old model so the user's manual has been missing... I called the brother customer support, and they can't find their manual either.... and I have been trying every options on the fax machine I can think of, yet the problem persists. How do I solve this problem?
Very same situation here. Fax worked fine for over year, suddenly lost ability to receive fax.
Called into support, got right through, then got shifted to 2nd Level support. Very freingly girl who 'changed some settings' on my fax number account and then sent a test fax. Went right through
so, I think something they have done recently on their end hammered some of us, but I am all go now
