People call my number, they get someone else a and it is not me. Me, myself and I run the compnay, so there is nothing on my end, I made sure of that, got new phones, took off verizon voicemail.
I don't know who they are getting. Also, it does not happen all the time, only most. My phones are dead most of the day. people that call me one day and get me, might get someone else the next day. some people say something, some don't and some think they dialed wrong.

the same basic this is happening to me. this is a Vonage problem. when i transfered my numbers back to Verizon, i learned with in one week that a Vonage customer that calls my number gets a "number is not in service" message. if your number is still in the Vonage Database, you may not get calls from Vonage customers. i am not sure if this helps or not but it sounds similar to whats happening to you
