So If it's kind of going by phone territory then that would figure since I'm in Alltel land, as is Portage County and yes I'm in Geauga County.
Yep, that's likely it. They appear to be working regularly with SBC, but may not be as far along with Alltel and the other ILECs in this region.

Bottom line is that Vonage has not instigated a single desired feature that has been posted here! They either don't read it or don't give a darn about it. Vonage offers fewer features then any of its competitors and has not offered anything new since I have been a customer! At least 18 months ago they talked about new features they were going to add soon. Now, they don't even do that. This Forum topic seems to be ignored by Vonage.

I agree that Vonage needs to greatly enhance their current feature set. While they do offer many great powerful features at no charge, comparing them to others makes me wonder what is going on behind the scenes. The only feature I have seen introduced is the Vonage V-Forecast. I do not find this feature very useful even though it is cool and not offered by others. I would have been much happier with the most wanted: Anonymous Call Rejection and Incoming Call blacklist and whitelist features.
