i may be wrong but i think they can turn on the VMWI indicator - they have a tool for that
its actually the same tool for turning off the vm stutter tone/indicator light

On my UNIDEN cordless phone. If the VMWI light does not reset hold the handset locator button on the base station until it quits beeping. THis will reset the light.

You are the GREATEST! I've been trying for weeks to get that stupid flashing light to stop. None of the other tips here worked, and I really didn't think this would either, BUT IT DID! Thank you!!! (I registered on this forum just to show my appreciation
