Hmmm is about right. Packet loss of 5.4% is pretty bad, but it's bothersome that your earlier results are much better than that. Also, the problem seems to be in the wrong direction. The packet loss is server to you, but the poor phone quality is on the outgoing.
Please try a comparison test with a call to Boston at www.testyourvoip.com , with and without the VT in place, and publish the detailed results here.
