I have Vonage connection with Liksys RT31P2 router. Whenever we get a call or if we call from Vonage phone, our internet connectivity is lost. We cant connect to net using PC until phone is disconnected.
this is how my connection is setup
Cable model ( time warner) --> Belkin Wireless router --> Vonage Linksys phone adaptor. |

Please give us the rest of the technical details listed in the sticky message at the top of the forum. Also include a test call to Boston at www.testyourvoip.com as well as the test results from the forum Voip test.
In the meanwhile, using a 2.4 GHz cordless phone could cause the problem you're seeing by interfering with your wireless router. Also, if you're using MAC cloning in your network and have duplicate MACs, that could cause the problem you're having. |

Try a regular corded phone, or disable the wireless feature in the Belkin router, or temporarily remove the Belkin from your setup. Does it work with that change? |
