themew, have you tried the magic firmware-updating reset procedure? It sometimes works:

- Unplug power
- Hold down reset button
- Plug in power
- Wait 20 seconds
- Let go of reset button

Then wait a couple minutes and see if it updates itself.

Yup -- seems Vonage wants to keep me at the old firmware...

I'd assume a minor fix was added to jump to .01 from .00 of the original...

Oh well - it works great - crystal clear quality all the time -- guess it if ain't broke...........
