Since signing up for Vonage in the UK, I have not been able to make calls.
At first I did get a dial tone and the phone seemed to dial out, but after that I could here nothing. After about 6 calls to technical support, the line went completely dead and I've had no service for 4 days. When I call technical support now, they simply say that there is a "known issue" and it should be fixed in 24 hours. Well, after 4 days it's still not fixed.
The "box" they sent me is a Motorola router with Vonage capability (or maybe not!): they didn't send me the box they show in their advertisements.
Has anyone else experienced this problem, or know of a solution? |

I previously posted about problems I was having. After weeks of investigation by a very helpful person at Vonage in the US (Robert), I think that I now have full service (at least for the last two days or so).
I just wanted to follow-up on my previous message about no service. |
