As the title says, I put my VT1005V in pass through mode while I was troubleshooting some ports I had told it to forward that were not being forwarded. From the moment I put it in pass-through mode I can no longer connect to it via the web interface (or any other way for that matter).

I wound up putting it on the other side of my router Cable Modem>Netgear MR 314>Vonage ATA and enabling DHCP on the router. When I unplug and replug the ATA, the router shows that the ATA is getting an IP from the router on my local network, but I can't ping, telnet, ftp, ssh or http to that address. Incoming and outgoing calls are working, and my phones are getting caller-ID info, but I'm unable to connect to the box to make any other changes if they become necessary.

Is there any way to connect back to the ATA?

I think this has happened to others before. What probably happened is that your LAN IP might have gotten changed on you. Since the Motorola adapter's address is http://192.168.102.1, set your computer to a static IP of http://192.168.102.x (where x is 2 or more), then use your browser to log into your adapter.

You may then be able to make changes and reset some IP's to make it happy again.

Mine's that way but since it is set the way I like, I just leave it alone.

Take a look at this thread. No guarantees, but the procedures posted near the end may be what you need to get back in communication with the VT1005.

That did the trick! I hooked up my laptop to the ATA's LAN port, set the IP to 192.168.102.2 with .1 as the gateway. I can connect to it that way; I just wish I could also connect to it through my main network without having to plug in the laptop. I don't think it's too important because there don't seem to be any settings I need to mess with.

You can. Just change the IP on a computer on your LAN to 192.168.102.2 in order to connect to your ATA. You just won't be able to connect to anything else on your LAN until you change it back (or you could set your whole LAN to use the 192.168.102.xxx IP series).
