I have had Vonage since Dec. 2003. I will say overall, I have been quite happy with this service.
When I first signed up I had Vonage obtain my home phone number from Verizon. Again, no problems really.
Now, I've moved from my primary area code to a different state and in the process I asked for a virtual number carrying the area code of the city in which I now live. Problem is that when I place calls, it comes through with my primary number which is NOT in our calling area code any longer (two different states).
I"m trying to find out if there's a way to get a primary made to a virtual and my virtual made my primary.
Anyone have any experience with this?

I did that. It will require a call into CS.
