All lines are having issues with incoming calls from external sources (cell, hard-lines) - 1-way audio. Although, outgoing to external sources seem fine.

This has been going on for last 5 days or so ... called in with no resolution yet. From what I can tell, everything seems fine, so internal to Vonage network?

What kind of problems with incoming calls? Not one-way audio is it? If so I have it as well..

yeah, sorry... the issue is one-way audio ... can't hear anything on 1 side of the call ... spent a couple of hours on the phone with 3 levels of tech support.... supposedly has been sent onto the engineering group ...

Same issue I am having. 3 out of 4 calls in the caller can hear me but I can not hear them. Tech Support has been of no help so far (except frustrating me to tears by keeping to their script asking questions I had answered 5 minutes ago).

PLEASE let me know if you figure something out.

So the problem is for both devices? has anything changed on your network setup??? Are these devices connected to your Home wiring?

try an connect both RT's directly to the modem and see if you still have the same problem.
