leased lines from Thailand

ello everyone, i am a virgin to this site !

i have biz in thailand that i use 4 phone with Vonage to do lots of calling to the London, uk. It is most of the time ok. I have a 768 leased line and try to insure the best call quality.

I do suffer from a stable connection though. We tend to find that 7/10 calls are good but 3 aren't. Any advice wd be great.

Is their a way to reduce the amonts of hops or routers it has to go ?

Any particular router i should be connecting with

anything at all really !!!

i'm completely ignorant of most things with Voip, only the a good solid connection ensures the best QOS, etc...

4 lines on 768 is pretty rough. I would suggest lowering the bandwidth saver to 50 kbps instead of the default 90 kbps and this might relieve you of some of the issues of hops and packet loss and discards. it seems to help me here in the states. the bandwidth saver is on the www.vonage.com website where you login into your account and it will let you lower the bandwidth usage.
