Since this morning, about 30% of my outgoing calls just result in dead air or a ring followed by dead air. Calls are mostly to 604 and 416 numbers. When calls do work, the quality is fine, and there are no problems with the Internet connection.
I've rebooted the Vonage adapter several times to no avail.
Anyone else experiencing this issue? |

Reubens: I see you are in a Vancouver location. I am trying everything and getting really upset. We are unable to connect with Vancouver area code 778 to 778, I have posted the problem a few times now going back into past posts. We are in Tsawwassen we both use the 778 area code but are unable to connect with each other friend to friend. No other problems, are you or do you know anyone who is using the 778 area code for me to phone to see if it's an area code problem or another problem. Number shows up on call display but then dead air no connection, dead line. Thanks for any advice with finding another 778 for me to try to connect with. |
