Is there a way to use a wildcard when searching the Activity Log? For example, let's say I want to find all calls I placed to area code 206. How do I do this?
Customer support could not answer this question (after 30 minutes of trying). They also said there was not a Vonage community or forum. (Yes, I explicitly asked, "Is there a Vonage Forum or Community where I can post this question?" -- "No, sir.") Considering this forum does exist it occurs to me they may be mistaken about wildcard support.
I tried "206*" and "206+" and simply "206" to no avail. Seems like a pretty basic feature, how could it not be available?
Thank you. Tom |

Save yourself the headache... go over to SCerruti's page at: http://vonage.otabi.com/activity/index.html
He has a tiny program which downloads the call logs and save them to an Excel spreadsheet file. There's no limit to what you can do with it once you get it in that format/program. It's how I calcuate my call stats in my sig. below. |
