i am getting a lot of unavailble calls from people that i used to get their numbers for. anyone else have this problem with their caller id? |

I have the same problem. Almost EVERY call I receive is "anonymous" or "unknown". However, on the web-site, I at least can see a name, but no telephone number. In the past several days, I have 3 actual names/numbers and many, many anonymous calls.
I called Tech Support (which was very fast, considering all the bad press in the forum). They re-freshed by box (which did not help)....BUT, they also informed me it was a known bug and were going to send me a NEW power supply for my box. The bug resided in the power supply affecting the box. Unfortunately, it will take 4 to 6 weeks to get the power-supply, but hopefully that will fix my issue. The first tech person I spoke to did not mention this, but when I called back, that was when I found out about the power supply.
Defenitely call tech support, but be sure and mention the power supply so that you can be on the mailing list to get one. Otherwise you probably will not get one. |

yes, Vonage has a major issue with caller ID and is either not smart enough to fix it or too dumb to see it. |

well after a call to tech support they had me unplug leave it off for 30 secs and plug it back in. caller id came back. |
