I agree....the Indian helpdesk is next to useless. The quality from Vonage over the last month or so is really bad.
I am using Skype at the moment which is out-performing the paid Vonage services!
I even had to use Skype to call the Vonage Helpdesk!
I used to have a wi-fi phone, three PAP2 units, fax line and a host of virtual numbers.
This week alone I have called the helpdesk 7 times with issues with my wi-fi phone. Each time its a hour on the phone (mostly of waiting)
So I have finally given up....I have ceased all my lines and virtual numbers. I am left with the Wi-Fi phone and 1 PAP unit....and those will be going this week.
Quality of service is the most important thing if you want to separate yourself from other services such as Skype. So when it doesn't why do we bother paying for the service just to keep calling the helpdesk and speaking to someone who can't understand you!? |

I'm actually surprised they posted that one considering it's a direct violation of Vonage's own ToS. |

Is there still a 4 hour limit? Rhonda D didn't mention that her 5 hours on the phone took 2 calls. http://www.vonage-forum.com/ftopic3829.html |

As of last month it was (personal experience), so I assume the limit is still there now. |

Holy crap, you're right. Can't they get in some trouble for contradicating their own rules in print? |
