Okie, I'll try the wildcards.
Does the Destination IP need to be the actual WAN IP from my ISP or would it just be the pooled DHCP IP address given to that PC from the
Vonage
Motorola router (i.e. 192.168.*.*)? Or the router's default IP address used to access the web interface?

The destination IP needs to be the IP assigned to your PC by the
Vonage
router (so 192.168.?.?). You can't use wildcards in the destination IP though.... you need to know exactly what IP it is.
