I too have the same ISP and speed tier and experience Choppy audio intermittently and have spent many hours with our ISP support and searching through this forum with little success. There are just too many segments of the pipe that are beyond Vonage's control which could be causing this trouble.
I guess our only option is to live with the service as is or jump ship!

Comcast CS has checked the system and found nothing wrong with the cable. I have one high latency point when jumping through an AT&T node which is around 70 and maxes at around 100. Any other ideas on what would be causing bad phone service?
