In the last week or so I haven't been able to call Israel at all from the US via Vonage. It always rings once or twice and then I get a message telling me "all circuits are currently busy, please try again later". At first I thought, ok....but this has been going on for the last week. I have a lot of family in Israel and it not good if I can't call them.
Calling in the US or any other country is fine.
Any ideas? |

When a Voip call leaves the Internet it gets fed into a gateway to the PSTN customer.
If you receive the message "All circuits are busy" it usally means that all of the available ports on the gateway are in use.
This is becoming a major problem as Voip becomes more popular.
The destination needs to upgrade their gateways, which are not owned by Vonage, or other Voip carriers.
Vonage is striving to work with gateway carriers to continue enhancing and improving the number of calls they can handle and the quality of audio.
Please bear with Voip at this time as the entire world has to gear up to handle the increased volume of Voip calls.
Not just Vonage, but All Voip carriers. |
