Guys,

I got the solution, for 999 Dirham you got a new IP phone with $150 Credit and it is working. the good news is you can return the phone if it get blocked within 30 days of purchase.

Need it for business and need multi port gateway, for 3250 Dirham you can gey 4 ports gateway (one of them could be FXO to make your calls from outside office) with $500 Credit and again you may return the device if it get blocked within 30 days.

For more information, contact Selia @ +1 315 370 1497 or vbigboss@gmail.com

Hmm, sounds like your selling something.

Get out.

I will try to post this within the rules so most can benefit from it. My Vonage in DXB got blocked this past summer too. I was determined to find a way around it. My service now works perfectly as it did pre-blockage.

I bought a gateway and put it in the outside before I returned at end of the summer. From here you can utilize that gateway to get your service going. I will not elaborate too much since there may be phone company people reading. The solution is a bit techie but if you are interested I will be happy to share it with you. This is not a selling proposition as I don't intend to provide you a service but only the knowledge. You are welcome to send private messages requesting direction. I will however only reply to those whom I feel are secure and not a bogus email address created to fish information.

I appologize for the ambiguity in advance. I will try to get to your request as soon as I get a chance but please don't expect to get one reply right a way.

It's the natural law of society, when restrictions are imposed, a black market forms. Hence, when the TRA banned all Voip services, many people (including some who have advertised themselves by sending private messages and posting threads) began offering "solutions" to bypass the restrictions, and in exchange demanded extravagent prices. Again, that's just how things go, when demand is higher than supply, costs will go up.

I would just like to advise everyone, that please, do not give in to such cons... I understand out of frustration paying thousands is justifiable because you feel you'll save even more in phone calls... Unfortunetly, I also don't believe that publicizing the solutions is a good idea as the TRA can catch up quickly.... Bottom line, for those seeking solutions for making cheap/free Voip calls, either pay something that you feel is a reasonable labor cost for someone's services, or do some research on your own, read some of the other threads (in this forum and elsewhere online), and hidden amongst all the jargon you'll find a reasonable solution to your problem. There are multiple ways to go around such blocks, fortunetly for all of us on this planet, the Internet can never be fully policed!

I know what i've said here may not help many, but I just simply wanted to warn all of you to prevent those out there trying to take advantage of the current helplessness of those unable to use Voip.
