Click2Call "Backside" Employees?

I am having an issue with a Vonage supplied PHP script from https://secure.click2callu.com and I have went rounds with tier 2 support to assist but can't get anywhere. They have been very helpful but does anyone know how to get a hold of what Vonage refers to as the "backside" employees who deal with scripting and the Click2Call scripts?

The developers may be, but the customer service is in the Philippines.
