vonage site blocked

Well, I'm in MD too. Can't access the site and have no dial tone. Have been on hold with Vonage for 15 minutes. They said the wait time would be 15 min. Wish me luck

Same situation in Alexandria, VA. No dialtone and can't access the Vonage site.

The GOOD news is that the network unavailability number is working. Someone called me and was automatically forwarded to my cell phone.

The BAD news is that I have crappy cell phone service in my area. Cry

but Vonage is down for my fiance today in Dubai and the site got blocked, everything was just fine for the past year and a half and today the site got blocked and the service went down for them as well, just 2 blue lights lit on the PAP2 adapter.

I just hung up the phone with Vonage support and the tech admitted that Vonage was having a technical issue. She said to wait an hour or so and then call in if I still do not have a dial tone.

I too have internet but no dialtone (outside DC, in Northern Virginia). I got dialtone back for 2 minutes a few minutes ago, then it went out again. And I can't get to vonage.com. Weird

I have experienced the same issues here in southern NH. I had phone service earlier this afternoon, but now I can't get a dial tone. I rebooted everything with no success. I have full Internet access through the router, but I can't raise Vonage.com. If anyone has their support phone number, I do have cell phone access and could try to find out what the issue is. In Sterling VA with same problem and yeah calls are auto forwarding to cell which is better than nothing Rolling Eyes
