vonage site blocked

Have the same deal here in PA. Was working two hours ago. Best that I can figure is that Vonage's network operation center is having problems!

No problem on internet, but no service and no softphone service as well!

Sounds like the NOC is taking a BIG hit.

I'll just chime in and say that I'm not having any problems with either my phone service or the Vonage website.

We have been out for a few hours and I can't get on vonage.com either..... Think we will get a refund? Rolling Eyes

Same here in southern NH. Dropped a call about half an hour ago and rebooting PC and/or vonage router does no good. No dial tone and also cannot connect to www.vonage.com although access to other sites is fine.

Washington DC and Maryland are pretty flooded. I wonder if that is the cause of this widespread outage.

no dial tone and no access to vonage.com ...I'm located in northern Philly suburbs (raining like heck but nothing like I hear it is in MD & VA) btw called Vonage on cell phone hung up after they exceeded the 15 minute wait time that was predicted.

Has anyoe heard what is going on and when they think the problem will be fixed? I am in Maryland near Annapolis and I have internet but no vonage and I cant get to the site. I just noticed this about 30 minutes ago.
