i set my voicemail custom greeting. But when people call it says "you reached box number ####" and wont play my message that I made. Can someone help?

It's been so long since I set my voicemail up that I can't remember, but do you have to activate your custom greeting?

no, you shouldn't have to, after you record your greeting for the 1st time, it's supposed to automatically become active, but i would recommend going through the options and trying to find an active greeting option and setting greeting 1 (i think that should be it) as your active greeting.
