Can't access Voicemail from my home phone!

I have been a Vonage user for over a year. When we first signed up and setup voicemail we were unable to get the voicemail messages from our home phone. I get the stutter tone. I can enter *123. When I enter my pin number it acts like I didn't input anything. Calls to tech support last year said that our phones were "too old". Okay, maybe they were so we just accessed voicemail via the web.

Last week we upgraded all our home phones to the latest and greatest. Guess what?!? We still can't access voicemail and have the exact same problems. I've been in contact with tech support, who tells me to reset my pin. I KNOW MY PIN!!! But I reset it anyway, then they had me disable and enable my voicemail. Still have the same problems. I've been escalated to second tier, and have a trouble ticket number, but still no help.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any advice?

given ticket ehy... i think it's not just the PIN CODE that needs to be reset... network engineers also need to reset Voicemail Inbox..

Thanks for the advice, I'll contact Vonage (again) and see if this helps.

I am able to access my voicemail from any phone not attached to my router. i.e. my cell phone.
