Our calls are constantly interrupted by what sounds like someone dialing over our line with re-dial. Both parties hear this sound during the call. What could be causing this? |

Almost sounds like Vonage gave you a number already in use by someone else! |

Do you know how when you're talking to someone on the phone and they hit redial you hear the dialing? That's what we hear. It's like we're hearing someone else dial while we're on the line. I was talking to my wife this morning and it happened three times during our 10 minute conversation. |

so you hear 7 or 10 quick dtmf tones right? as opposed to one or two at a time. |

Yes, a full re-dial. |
