What was the change?

Thats my point. Who has the time to read through 15 pages of fine print to find what has changed.

My attempt was to let others know something has changed, that way they can read through the updated terms if they so desire.

I myself don't like to be an uninformed consumer so I will tackle reading through all the fine print this one time. ( two times actually ) since I saved the last terms of service before this updated version. Make a comparison..

Seems like alot to go through to find out what has changed.

They definitely don't send any mailings out when they change the ToS.

MaryJane's reference to the change to the cancellation period with no charge has occured twice in the last year. It when from 30 days, to 14 days, then back to 30.

In that particular case the change would have no effect upon existing customer except in the case where they were adding a new line. I am certain that if you purchased with a 30 day return period and they changed the TOS they could not enforce a 14 day return period.

That would make it kind of pointless to notify everyone, in fact it would make it annoying.

However, when they changed the disconnection fee policy to limit it to the first year of service, I was notified.
