If you posted about this under cancellation problems, why post again about it? Your upset, so your attempting to use this forum to lash out at Vonag?. I think you have your right to speak your mind, even here, but also I think that it is important that people reading your post who might be interested in Vonage understand that for every loud one of you there are about 100 quiet and happy ones.
I hope you get your problem resolved and your cancellation completed. Enjoy the land line rates. Oh, did you know they are raising their prices nation wide? |

In response to Hookbill ( by the way, I am also a bird fanatic!) I believe that Theshine has every right to "lash out" against what he/she feels is an injustice. this forum is the place to do it. If you think that Vonage does not support it then you are being a bit naive, look at the advertising around the screen. this kind of site is for "damage control", it makes people better after some venting and even a little more in control of the situation. Vonage knows this and its also cheap customer support that they obviously lack in. So cut Theshine some slack and lets try and get some changes accomplished in the Vonage company. |

By the way, I did post under my "Cancellation Problems" topic that Vonage actually stepped up and resolved this issue for me. It took a while and I had to go to the Executive Respose Team, but it got worked out. I don't feel bad for posting all of this, though. I'm sure they monitor these sights and that could be one reason I got it taken care of.
All in all, they took care of my problem, but they do need a lot of work on their customer service department. I don't think I would get too many people disagreeing with that.
And about the rates going up, I don't use anything but my cell phone. I have a great plan on it and that's why I was cancelling Vonage in the first place. |
