Although an userful feature as a "You have voicemail" reminder, it is a nuisance to hear. Give users an online option to turn it off!
Right now, user must listen and delete ALL voicemail for it to go away. User's online deleting all voicemail does NOT turn off the stutter, must do from phone. That's a bug! |

Mine turns off if I delete the messages online. |

Mine works that way too! I posted before i experimented it because other posters complained of the same; I did not look at their posting date. Perhaps it was a valid bug that they fixed.
Well, they still needs to add the online feature for user to turn off stutter tone. Right now the only way to kill stutter is to completely disable Voicemail or delete all voicemails. Some users want voicemail, but don't want stuttering reminders. |

it's possible. just call tech support and request for this VMWI ( Voicemail Waiting Indication - "stuttering tone") to be disabled.. but i don't know if this could be configured w/ all devices u use.. |
