this may even be more stupid, but after #90 did you dial your cell # or there number? I assume cell but your previous message indicates there number.
Did your cell phone even ring? |

Is there a section in this forum or on vonage.com that explains about call transferring? I've never heard of it and I'm really interested. |

I should have looked harder first, found this:
Transfer Calls As You Receive Them Vonage call transfer also allows you to transfer calls as they come in. This will allow you to transfer a call to someone else when you want. Since call transfer is so easy and seamless, you can use it whenever you want.
How To Transfer Calls It's easy to transfer a call to a third party. Just press the flash button or switch hook on your Vonage line telephone and dial #90. Dial the 11 digit number where you want the call transferred. Then dial # and you will hear a dial tone. Hang up the phone and the transfer will take place.
Is it only for incoming calls? I couldn't find anything on #91. |

Sort of like how Verizon L.D. says they will have to transfer you to a different department, but rather than just say hold on, they transfer you then introduce you to the staffer that answered, then proceed to brief them on your situation so you don't have to repeat everything.
In this case, you say something, then press # and hang up then. |
Thanks - you are so smart! You should start your own Voip company. |
