1. I know that Vonage policy is that you (Vonage) will not unlock the device when someone cancel Vonage account. There is a rumor that once a device MAC address has been registered with a user, you (Vonage) will not accept another user (let say if the first user sell his device on eBay) with the same device/MAC. Is that true? 2. People have found their way to unlock some of yours (Vonage) devices [ADMIN EDIT] and now there is a guy that for a fee unlock Vonage [ADMIN EDIT] Why don't you (Vonage) review your policy and make some money even when you loose a customer: give the option to unlock for a fee a Vonage device (instead of some one else getting that money on eBay and having the Vonage device unlocked anyway [ADMIN EDIT] ?
