I have been testing using the Updated Voip Test link near the top of the forum page.
The interesting thing is that my jitter test fails, but my Vonage service (with three lines) works rather well.
Is anyone else getting inconsistent results like this? For that matter, is anyone getting good results? |

Mine are fine when I am wired into the network, but very poor via wireless. |

Are you plugged into the same LAN as the test server? |

Based upon the responses from the two of you, I now feel only half bad! |

My jitter is in the green/yellow border. Take these tests with a grain of salt. Don't get me wrong, if you're having an issue, they are a good way to see what's going on. However, if your service is good but see strange results, just remember that you are connecting from your PC to a non-Vonage server. It's not your TA to the Vonage SIP servers. |

It seems that what we really need is a more definitive test!
Perhaps something on the dashboard page that would test from their connection point to the actual phone adapter. |
