They look good. Are there issues that you'd like to discuss?

I have posted results with and without QoS enabled in my WRT54GL. I have the upstream bandwidth set to 250 Kbps when enabled. I keep QoS enabled because if I don't I lose voice quality (far end can't hear me talking) when I test upload during a call.
Once I set the QoS I can talk and run speed test with no problem. My concern is the difference betweem my
Vonage
test results with and without QoS enabled. My Upload speed is 122,464 kbps slower.
The
Vonage
Voip
Analysis says I can support 4 lines without QoS and 3 lines with.
My configuration is cable modem>WRT54GL>RT31P2
TEST RESULTS WITHOUT QoS ENABLED:
Download 4,923,288 bps
Upload 369,536 bps
QOS 99%
RTT 28 ms
MaxPause 81 ms
TEST RESULTS WITH QoS ENABLED :
Download 4,924,104 bps
Upload 247,072 bps
QOS 99%
RTT 26 ms
MaxPause 64 m

Can you not just set the upload speed higher? I have almost the same test results as you without QoS. I have my upload speed set at 340kbs - that way I get 340kbs up. It may not be the 370kbs or so I might be able to get sometimes, but its a safe number since I haven't seen my speeds drop below that.

I'll give it a try. I'll change my upstream to 340 and check my voice quality and upstream and see what happens.

Well I changed my upstream QoS in the WRT54GL to 340. I initiated a
Voip
call and ran the
Vonage
Voip
speed test. The results are below. The call quality was very good in both directions. Think I'll leave the QoS at 340 !
Thanks again arcking ( I really do like the WRT54GL) !
My Results : While on
Voip
call
Download 4,840,072 bps
Upload 255,320 bps
QOS 99%
RTT 24 ms
MaxPause 123 ms
My Results : While no
Voip
call
Download 4,924,400 bps
Upload 336,000 bps
QOS 99%
RTT 33 ms
MaxPause 97 ms

You're inquiring about your QoS score from the forum test, and hopefully those in the know will jump in with some comment. In the meanwhile, how is the quality from a subjective viewpoint? Presumably you have some issue or you wouldn't be working with customer service.
Edit: Oops. I see the inquiry wasn't just about the QoS score, but also cited garbled calls.
