Hi ! Vonage in Dubai is also blocked, it was blocked last friday in Dubai and then on Sunday in Sharjah as well.
I have tried everything but cant get it on, i down loaded web tunnel from primedius.com and installed web tunnel on my computer with that i can accesss my Vonage web account but then I instaled Vonage softphone on my computer hoping it will work but it does not work, how did you get your Vonage softphone to work ? which software did you install ??
I know of another service which is still working god know how ! not as good as Vonage though but offer similar service ? if intrested write back?

primiduis is only a web tunnel it allows to browse but does not control the UDP ports ? How can i by pass the blocked UDP ports do you know of any other softwrae which i can use ?
