I have no idea where the breakdown occurred but as a Vonage customer and now investor, the fault lies with you. The way the entire ipo process was handled was quit literally a fiasco. From the fact that I was originally allocated 0 shares and then some time later received my shares to the ridiculously under supported share price this has all gone wrong. I realize that most likely none of this is directly your fault but as the saying goes "the buck stops here". You need to make your most loyal customers whole again after this disaster. Rumors of buybacks (CNBC) and the like are running rampant, a move must be made on your part. Time to step up and start controlling the situation because whatever the reasons everyone will identify the problems with Vonage and no one else.
