Hey,
I love Vonage, it is awesome. I just have had many comments from family and friends saying that they can barely hear me. I have turned up my phones, changed the phones and everything and they still say the same thing, "I can barely hear you, speak up."
Is this Vonage's fault or mine?

Call Vonage and have them adjust the volume. I had to do this on a previous adapter I had, but I actually had to have them lower it.
