Because the click2call does not work for Canadian accounts yet, as I learned from a reply email from Vonage. |
Any changes a few months later? Does it work for Canadian accounts now? |

I currently don't have a "&" in my username, and I'm experiencing this problem. Does anybody know of a router set up that would cause this situation? I have tried resetting my password, but that doesn't help. I can log in the website just fine, and I've even tried writing my username and password in notepad and copying them just to make sure I'm not mis-typing them. I would really like to use this program, but I can't even log in. Please help me! |

This happened to me exactly and I stumbled onto the answer. For the website I created my username and password. My password was extremely complex and contained alpha/numer. characters as well as special characters! C2Call WILL NOT accept passwords that contain special characters. The Vonage website will allow this but the C2C app will not. I could not successfully log into C2C until I removed all special characters. |
