Th IP 8100 does not have an analog output. You can not connect it to your home wiring.
What would be nice is if the company were to release an analog wireless module for this device that you could use to connect a standard phone or answering machine. But they haven't yet.
If you need to connect your house wiring then you are going to need a different Vonage adapter.
