I wanted to try my telephone on my fathers Vonage box. When I did this, guess what, the phone line worked. So, I tried my fathers telephone on MY box, and same thing, dead line, or fast busy signal.
Being I am good with electronics, I took apart my fathers phone, and found out the problem. the relay circuit on the charger base, was shot. it was stuck with the phone off the hook.. so, replaced his phone, and all is good now...
