I just downloaded this feature, and I keep getting server unavailable. It says it requires microsoft outlook and I have outlook express. Could that be the problem? Doing a search I see that this is a recurring problem in any case Frustrated

The Outlook add-in won't work with Express because OE doesn't have a public API. Microsoft chose not to expose it for automation. As for Click-2-Call, you should still be able to use the system tray app. However, I seem to recall there being a problem if your Vonage user ID had any capital letters in it. Would that happen to be true in your case?
