3.7 Money Back Guarantee; Limitations and Conditions. (a) Residential and Small Business Customers. We offer a thirty (30) day money back guarantee from the date of activation of your Service (different periods apply for Retail Customers depending on the applicable offer details contained in the advertising or online content of the retail store or dealer that sold the Retail Customer the Equipment). The money back guarantee applies only to the first-ordered line per account, not to additional or secondary lines. We will refund the activation fee, the monthly charge for the first month of Service, shipping charges and the disconnection fee provided that: you have not exceeded 250 minutes of usage (500 minutes for Retail Customers); you cancel your Service within the applicable period; you return the Device to us if purchased at www.vonage.com in original condition, normal wear and tear excluded, within thirty (30) days after the cancellation of your Service;

btw, blakadher it is quite hilarious to back a company that cannot get their act straight. Where they have a ToS that contradicts 2 live links on their own website, the customer is 100% right to complain and anyone who continues to back the company either owns stock, is an employee or is a fool. |

How about getting a 2nd line with promotion (2 free months, free activation ONLY for Unlimited/Premium Service) under the following conditions:
1. Keep the 2nd line indefinitely, but downgrade from Unlimited to Limited services.
2. Downgrade from Unlimited to FaxOnly service.
3. What if someone got a "special" deal that is on top of the 2nd line promotion - got a free 2nd phone adaptor? Will downgrading to FaxOnly service force user to return 2nd adaptor? |
