I have to say I put this off for way too long, but now that I have done the deed, I could not be happier Everything is working like its supposed to, my new at&t base and two handsets are working, and clarity is GOOD. Way to go vonage, I am spreading the gospel! |

After a rough start, mine is working great too. In fact, the clarity for my international calls are way better than via the regular telephone network. I just hope that you never, ever, have to call technical support. |

I agree, I've had Vonage now since March and never had a problem that I couldn't solve in minutes. Good customer service, excellent quality (dropped Verizon), really nice data on the website, and best of all PORTABILITY!!! woo hoo! |

You guys are out of your mind. Our service has been nothing but horrible. And we've been trying for days to get someone at vonage to cancel our service. No luck yet...enless calls and being put on hold.
That and I just had a post about it deleted. Nice, huh?!
If you have no problems you're all set...if you do you're SOL. |

For the successful happy customers, do you have DSL or CABLE? |

I'm running cable on mine. So far working great. DId find out tho that if I'm sending pictures thru mail program my outgoing sound breaks up. But since I do that so infrequently its not a problem. If it becomes one I'll mess with the bandwith settings |

Thanks Marcia! I have been taking polls on which route I should take and it seems the cable users are the happier group over dsl. I am about to get dryloop dsl but now I'm going cable! |
