I have comcast dynamic IP address broadband.

Issue is as follows: I can't get traffic passed from the moto 1005 to my router when I have a dLink 5300 DNS enabled camera hooked to the router.

Cable Modem -> Moto IP address is 192.168.102.1 ->Netgear FVS318 (IP Address is 192.168.102.3 with port 80 + 5001-3 open for TCP/UDP) -> 1) DLink 5300 (Static 192.168.102.6 for DNS pointing) 2) Linksys Printserver (DHCP provided) 3) Negear 54G (DHCP provided).

I've attempted to port forward the 1005 (ports 80 +5001-3) and have enable and disabled DHCP and neither work...

If I take out the 1005 everything works perfectly...

Could it be I have a port conflict or have I configed something incorrectly?

did u tried by doing a port forwarding 5001-3 in ur motorola 1005 //bcoz normally the port 80 would be open as a default in 1005// so try to do port forwarding the exact ports in 1005 web page

Yes, it doesn't help.

Unfortunately when I look at the blinking lights on the 1005, I only get Green and no blinking orange.

When I port forward, should the IP address be the router or the camera?

OK... everything is working now.... but here's the scoop.

I had to purchase a Linksys 2PAP IAD and place it behind my router. I was surprised as the QOS seems to be OK.... I tested it with my house alarm and both tests (via dial out connection) were picked up by my monitoring company.

I also had to port forward about 5 ports on my netgear to allow the LInksys IAD to function. (post a reply if you need each port) I assumed that only ports 10000-20000 needed forwarding... when in fact there were several others.

Most importantly, I had messed up by having my DLink ethernet camera port forwarded 80 both UDP and TCP. This created a conflict with the Vonage device. I port forwarded 80 to a static IP address for the camera only TCP and created another service on my Netgear router "HTTP2" for UDP for a static address for the Vonage box.
