Glad I sold yesterday as it turns out. The investment banks and voanage really messed up this one. In addition those same kind investment banks which so badly missed on the pricing also chare a .12 comission per share, unheard of these days. This will rank as one of the greatest ipo fiascos of all time. Congrads to vonage and the investment banks for costing their customers a bundle. Oh yes and as I type it's still falling, about to hit 13, now down about 25%. Oh yes and the investmetn banks are supposed to have some commitment to supporting the price if it falls at the ipo price. They could not have stepped away further and I suspect they were shorting every share they could. I was saying you take risks with an ipo and it's your responsiblity, however a 25% decline, that's a joke, and and I have stated a real screw up by vonage and the ib's. There will now be lawsuits for sure. |

agreed on lawsuits, they will happen. This stock was obviously priced incorrectly, and support has been non-existant, sprinkle in the 13+% sold to laypersons, and the inability for many of them to get out - as reported here and elsewhere...
I think Millberg, Weiss will be posting a press release for a class-action in the next few days ....LOL |
