I have learned that the Voice mail from the web won't work correctly untill a day or two after you get approved for your # porting or at least a week after you become a new customer. My web voice mail now works fine and I didn't do anything. |

Well...that simply is not true, or at least, it has not always been true. When I first subscribed to Vonage, my web voicemail retrieval worked from the very first day. On the other hand, my newest Vonage account is over two weeks old, and the web voicemail is still not working on that particular account.
I finally broke down and called tech support, and they told me that this is a "known issue", and that their engineers are "working to resolve the problem". Of course, she also said that it would be operational within 24 hours, and that has proven to be incorrect, so you can take her other statements for what they are worth. |
