Where do I go? I have sharebuilder, but it says "not available through purchase". What's another company I can use that would do an overnight transfer? |

You have to wait for the stock to start trading and buy it at the market price with everyone else. Please use a limit order. |

It will say "unavailable" everywhere, until it opens for trading. They you should be able to buy some with any broker. |

Well, it looks like there are NO companies that will let me open an account today and place a trade tomorrow ... they all require time for the funds to "clear".
So looks like I just have to pray that Vonage will be available through Sharebuilder...... since they allow "instant" transfers. |

Or go directly to a broker at 8:00am EST and setup an account. The bell does not ring until 9:30am EST |

plus the stock won't begin trading right at the bell. They'll have a bunch of ceremony stuff to handle before the stock officially opens. |

Be sure and get as many people as you know to place orders for thousands of shares at the market in the morning if you want to get in on a big pop through the rest of the day. Market orders are entered first come first serve. From what I hear there are thousands of institutional orders that have already been placed with their prime brokers, so the longer you wait the further out you'll be.
Makes me wonder - I heard a bunch of hedge funds have Vonage service. I suppose they'll cancel too since they didn't get the shares they wanted |
