Well, I'd requested 100 and got a big fat zero, but am now glad seeing how terrible the stock is doing on the market today! An 11% drop?? Yikes! So no longer feel like a zero, but a hero!

My site states :
Conditional Offer : 100 Shares
Your Allocation: 0 Shares at $17
You Owe: n/a
I guess I'm safe. It still states you have three days to send check?
If i'm not allocated any I'm not obligated to send any money, right?

Requested 200 Recieved 0.
Submitted offer three days after notification.
Since I see here that someone requested 800 and got 0 and another requested 300 and got 100 I wonder if when you submitted your offer played a role in it.
I wonder if it matters which underwritter you opened your transitional account with.
Requested 300 Received 100

I went into the IPO fully prepared to lose my investment. But, lo and behold, I am now given a chance to buy in at a much reduced rate. I can simpathize with those that are ticked off right now and are contemplating leaving
Vonage
for another service provider.

You only lose money when you sell the equity or the equity is dissolved. 100% guarantee that you've lost money on this transaction if you sell.
As far as it matters, The stock only needs to be higher than my avg price on the day you decide to sell.
