Since I see here that someone requested 800 and got 0 and another requested 300 and got 100 I wonder if when you submitted your offer played a role in it.
Sold 400 shares of ININ monday at 9.69 to pay for it, today it closed at over 11.20.

What a dumb*** - you could've waited to see if you got any shares b4 you sold. It's not like you couldn't have sold tomorrow and txfrd the $$ to your acct.
You know it's funny - the people that were raving about how great Vonage is etc. etc. are now saying it's a crooked company. Wow - I hope all my companies' shareholders are that smart.
It's probably better in the long term that people that requested 100 didn't get any, because many (from what I'm reading here) seem to not know enough about investing anyway.
