I added the HBB1 to my WRTP54G and I've noticed a discrepancy in the caller ID information. The caller ID name and number are correct, but the date and time are incorrect. I've tried reprogramming the date and time on the phone and I'm pretty sure this is not a Vonage issue because when I remove the HBB1, the date and time are displayed correctly.
If anyone else is using the HBB1 with their WRTP54G, could you please let me know if you are experiencing the same issue.
Bob,Thnx for your input. When I remove the HBB1, the time and date is displayed correctly. I've spoken with Hawking about this issue and there is nothing they could do about the problem...It's got me stumped...oh well I'll wait for a few others to chime in to see if their having this issue. If not, I guess I'll have to call customer service.
